I have been using FucoThin for several months now and have found this product to do just as it says. I have seen results in the belly fat area of my body. I would highly recommend this product and so many others by Garden of Life that I have used.

I just started taking this product a few days ago so I'm still in the trial period. What I have noticed so far is that it has greatly decreased my appetite. I didn't know it would have that effect but I welcome it. I have also decided to take 1 pill with breakfast and another with lunch but will not take a third pill with dinner because I think it may be causing a bit of insomnia.
After reading all the reviews for this product it's clear that everyone's body chemistry is different. Many reviewers report amazing results (weight loss) and others have not benefited from it at all. Whether FucoThin helps you lose weight I feel depends on your body type and how you metabolize this particular supplement.
Works but take time! August 26, 2008
I started the Fucothin on July 1st only taking one with each meal and after a month lost maybe only 2 lbs. But I kept going since it did have any affects of loss sleep or jitters and now after two months I have lost 6 lbs that I really couldnt get off. I am eating the minimal that it takes to keep me alert, but I have noticed in the last few weeks a decline in my hunger. Honestly, I think this works but only after 6 weeks or so. I've got 3 more pounds to go and dont know if I can stop after I loose the weight since I dont want to keep buying it at this high price. Now I am taking 3 for breakfast and lunch and two for dinner so the bottle is gone real fast. Good luck to those trying to loose weight!

As a tool for weightloss, three bottles of Garden of Life fucoTHIN (taken according to directions) didn't help me to lose even one ounce. I won't purchase more of this product.
Gained 3 pounds instead of losing weight!! August 14, 2008
I was really excited to try this product out after reading the reviews, but after 2 months of using it I am greatly disappointed! I never lost any weight and in fact I now weigh 3 pounds more. It seems like it works for some people but it for sure didn't work for me. I took it exactly the ways it says. Too bad!
