I use B-12 to improve my blood's iron content. It was nice to have it come to me rather than going to the store for it, and the price was attractive, too.

Diagnosed as low normal B12 by endocrinologist and selected NatureMade because their products have no artificial colors, no artificial flavors, no chemical solvents, no yeast, starch or gluten. Long time purchaser of NatureMade.
